Leutrim Miftaraj
Founder, Innopulse Consulting · 265+ guides
Leutrim Miftaraj is the founder of Innopulse Consulting GmbH and the author of a book on identity-based behaviour change. His work sits at the intersection of behavioural economics and consumer software — including how subscription businesses use recurring billing, auto-renewal and deliberately complex cancellation flows, and how people can take back control of what they pay for.
At HowToCancel.eu, Leutrim researches and directs every cancellation guide: each service's cancellation flow is documented step by step, pricing is verified against the service's current billing page, and dark patterns are flagged where they exist. All guides are reviewed in 2026 to reflect current policies.

Editorial Standards
An earlier version of this page described a strict verification process in which cancellation steps were tested against the live service and refund terms cross-referenced for every guide. That is not what happens, and the claim has been withdrawn.
What actually happens: cancellation steps are compiled from each provider's published help documentation and account-settings pages. Where a specific service has been individually re-checked, its page shows the date and who did it. Where it has not, the page says so instead of borrowing the credibility of the ones that have. Our current verification coverage is published on the verification methodology page, including when the number is low.
Guides are marked with their last verification date and updated whenever a service changes its cancellation flow.
